WEEK 12 – CLASSMATE CONVERSATION – KIM PHAM

For this week’s classmate conversation, I had the chance to finally catch up with my old friend, Kim Pham. Kim and I have been friends for almost 10 years now. I really wanted to talk to Kim for this week’s conversation because I haven’t really been able to hang out with her or have a full on conversation since we are so busy with school, work, etc. I still want to introduce Kim Pham to everyone, for those who haven’t had the chance to meet her.

Kim is 19 years old and currently a student at CSULB. She recently declared herself as a Health Science major since she believes it’s easier than nursing. She also believes that Health Science would bring her a lot of opportunities in the future, if nursing doesn’t work out the way she plans. Kim and I both grew up together in Westminster, California. We both went to the same elementary, middle, high school, and now college. She does not currently have a job because her parents want her to focus on her studies. For fun, she loves watching Netflix, YouTube, eating, traveling, and anything beauty related.

For this week’s question, “What color calms you and what color activates you?” Kim replied that green and blue calm her since it reminds her of nature. Green would be the grass and trees, blue would be the sky. She loves to lay on the green grass while staring at the blue skies. She also replied that the color pink activates her since it makes her feel girly and want to go shopping for clothes or makeup. Neon colors also activate her because it reminds her of dancing at music festivals or bright work out clothes, which I totally agree with. I hope everyone gets the change to meet this pretty awesome girl! Almost 10 years of friendship and counting!
